About this Dog
Bentley is a 2 1/2-year-old, 7-pound Yorkie or possibly Yorkie mix. He is blonder than most Yorkies and his coat texture is different than a typical Yorkie. Bentley gets along well with other little dogs and enjoys playing with toys. He prefers a lap to sit on, but when one is not available, his spot of choice is the back of the sofa. He sleeps with his foster parent and prefers to be under the covers pressed up against his person. Bentley loves women and men equally and wants nothing more than to spend time with a person, on their lap and sleep in the big bed. Bentley is doing well on leash training and housetraining. Bentley could be an only dog or have another dog under 12 pounds in the home. We require an all-adult home with a small securely fenced yard. The adoption range for this dog is limited to NC, SC, VA and East TN. If you are interested in adopting this dog, contact [email protected]. There is an application process and adoption fee. WE ARE REQUIRING AN ALL-ADULT HOME WITH A SECURELY FENCED YARD Bentley’S ADOPTIVE HOME. The secure fence must be 4ft or higher, with gaps no larger than 1 1/2 inches and attached to the home, this is required to adopt from Hart-2-Heart Rescue. An invisible fence, enclosed patio or terrace (without grass), temporary fencing, dog pens or dog lots or community shared fencing (dog park) are NOT considered secure fencing. If your fencing has "puppy pickets" (or is supplemented with garden fencing) it needs to be at least 36 inches high from the ground up AT THE LOWEST POINT. No exceptions. We are an all-volunteer organization, and in addition to saving dogs, we have other responsibilities, so we appreciate your patience and understanding during this process. Response time can take up to 5 business. Please inquire only if you are willing to come to Greensboro, NC to meet the dog after we schedule your home visit. We do not ship dogs or put them on transports. Veterinary Care: All Hart-2-Heart Rescue foster dogs are spayed/neutered, current on heartworm prevention, parvo/distemper, bordetella, and rabies vaccines, and are professionally groomed. As needed, our foster dogs have teeth cleanings, extractions, bloodwork and other diagnostic testing. Adoption Fee: $500

Adopt Bentley and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Bentley's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Bentley's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Bentley, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Bentley's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Bentley was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Bentley’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Bentley’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Bentley’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
