About this Cat
Hello! I'm Restful, a charming black and white male domestic shorthair with an approximate birth date of 5/13/23. I can be a bit shy about meeting new people but I will warm up in a quiet environment. A gentle and calm approach makes me feel at ease, and I enjoy full body pets and gentle chin scratches. I do well with one-on-one attention without other distractions, and if there is a Churu treat involved, I am an interested friend. I spent the first few months of my life being socialized in crates with my siblings, so my comfort was limited to tight quarters. I cherished my siblings and we cuddled close, and they helped me become comfortable at Wild Blue in a larger room with attention from various people. My personality opened up more each day and I learned to play with wand toys and have fun. I was adopted and tried to make friends with the other kitty in the home, but she insisted I was not allowed to stay, so I returned to Wild Blue to find a better match in a future home. I'm seeking a forever home where my environment is calm and stable with an experienced cat loving adult that will appreciate my sweet, somewhat independent nature and give me the space and time to further come out of my shell. I would also do ok with patient teenagers who will give me attention and a little playtime with the understanding that I may need time to chill. I still have moments where I get a little overwhelmed with touch and will nibble on your fingers which means it's time to give me a break. I'm reserved about being picked up and held, but in time I hope to feel less worried. I have found quiet comforting cubbies to hang out in since my return to Wild Blue. I'm adjusting to the other kitties again and managing the increased activity level. In time, with the right kitty friend, perhaps I will return to cuddling with others. A slow and gradual introduction will be important in my new home and with any other pets, per the instructions provided by Wild Blue Cats. If you are interested in providing me a forever home, please fill out an application online at www.wbcats.org/adopt.

Adopt Restful and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Restful's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Restful's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Restful, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Restful's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Restful was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Restful’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
"The fun and friendly internet currency."
Dogecoin sets itself apart from other digital currencies with an amazing, vibrant community made up of friendly folks just like you. Dogecoin is a decentralized, peer-to-peer digital currency that enables you to easily send money online.
Learn more about it on youtube or at dogecoin.com.
We want the Restful’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Restful’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
