About this Cat
Jupiter is 3yo, weighs 10lbs, is intact, is not up to date on his vaccines, is not microchipped, and his FeLV/FIV status is unknown. Jupiter dislikes/fears unexpected strangers in his space; he has free roam of the home during the day and sleeps in his guardian's bed at night; he loves car rides, as he loves to look out the window. Jupiter's guardian explains why she has made the decision to rehome him: She found him in a car tire well as a kitten and cannot afford to keep him. Also, her roommate's cat is aggressive toward Jupiter, which has caused him to urinate outside the litterbox. Scratch Incident: In July 2021, Jupiter scratched a petsitter when he was trying to run away and hide in her house. The scratch broke the skin and animal control was not involved. Jupiter's guardian states the following regarding children: Jupiter lives with an infant, so his guardian recommends his living with children, stating "He is very affectionate toward my son and always keeps a protective eye over him from afar if he is not laying with us". Jupiter's guardian states the following regarding dogs: Although Jupiter lives with a dog, his guardian doesn't recommend his living with dogs, stating "He hissed at the dog". Jupiter's guardian states the following regarding cats: Jupiter lives with a cat, so his guardian recommends his living with cats, stating "I believe he needs interaction with another cat, but one that also wants to be around cats.
