About this Dog
Want to meet me? Come to Broken Clock Brewing & Celebrate "Clocktober Fest" (1712 Marshall St NE Suite 100, Minneapolis, MN 55413) for an Adoption Event on Saturday September 21st, 2:00-4:00 pm. Please email [email protected] for questions regarding the dogs. Hello, my name is Ruth and you wouldn’t believe how much I’ve been learning while in my foster home! I discovered the thing I love most is sitting next to my favorite person and will keep a sharp eye them where ever they go. Admittedly, I still get a little nervous and shy when it comes to meeting new people and going out in public but I warm up quickly to anyone who wants to say “hi”! I haven’t quite figured out what the hub-bub about toys is for. Maybe with time, I’ll get it but for now, I’m ok with the snuggles. I am learning to be more and more brave everyday! I am still a bit skittish when there is lots of commotion, thunderstorms or loud noises. Also, I haven’t perfected my leash skills, so do require a fenced yard in my forever home. My people said that I am working on going potty on a leash and will need to keep practicing leash walking in my forever home. We are also working on potty training, and when kept on a schedule I do ok! All I need now is a forever home with lots of patience, love and a little me-size spot next to you on the couch to snuggle! *Please note that some of our dogs are obtained from shelters, surrendered to our care, or released from breeders. Each animal's bio is based on our experience of the animal within our care, an educated guess based on physical characteristics, temperament and information shared. Each dog receives basic grooming when coming into rescue, but for some dogs they have not received grooming attention until recently and grooming may be required shortly after adoption. This will be at the adopter’s expense, so we encourage you to research the breed and be prepared for grooming expenses. Underdog cannot guarantee hypoallergenic or non-shedding qualities of any dogs in our rescue. Some of the animals come from situations where they are lacking experience in a home and confidence in humans. In turn, they require another companion dog and/or a fenced in yard in their forever home in order for them to feel safe. If you are interested in a particular dog whose bio states those needs and do not currently have them, please understand that your home might not be the right fit. Please use the filter on our Adoptable Dogs page to find the perfect match for your home. ***Be sure to check your spam/junk folder as sometimes our emails end up there***

Adopt Ruth and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Ruth's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Ruth's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Ruth, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Ruth's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Ruth was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Ruth’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
"The fun and friendly internet currency."
Dogecoin sets itself apart from other digital currencies with an amazing, vibrant community made up of friendly folks just like you. Dogecoin is a decentralized, peer-to-peer digital currency that enables you to easily send money online.
Learn more about it on youtube or at dogecoin.com.
We want the Ruth’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Ruth’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
