About this Dog
LOCATION: Heath, TXDOB: 04/27/2022Hi Future Mom or Dad! It’s Me, Sis!I’m just the bestest girl you’ll ever meet! I’m about 2 years old and currently live in Heath, TX. I used to live outside in a fenced yard, but now I’m the best indoor dog. I love being indoors! I like to pick out a hangout spot close to my foster mom while she’s doing house chores, but I don’t get in her way—I just like to keep an eye on her. I’ll lay next to her on the couch whenever I get the chance, sometimes sprawling right on her lap to get more pets, but it’s okay because I’m really petite. I tried to get my foster mom to let me sleep in bed with her, but I quickly learned I had to sleep in my own bed.My foster mom says I’m smart! Like…really, really smart and I’m a great communicator. I taught her a trick where I ring a bell hanging on the door when I want to go outside, or I gently nuzzle her when she’s in bed if it’s the middle of the night. I have never had an accident in the house. I was outside a lot before, so sometimes I just like to lay in the sun and relax. There is an armadillo and opossum that live in my backyard—I don’t like them at all and chase them away if I see them out at night. I don’t try to catch them, but I let them know this is my yard! I like to go looking for them at night and make sure they stay in their hole. Sometimes my foster mom gets annoyed because I forget I’m supposed to be going to the bathroom and not looking for critters.I’m a really low-energy dog. I have a duck toy that I occasionally chew on, but I’d rather have human interaction than toys. I currently live with 3 cats. I pay them no mind and don’t chase them—they are just like another family member to me. There is one cat that tries to eat my food all the time, so I run over and shoo him away, but I’m not mean about it. Sometimes he drinks water out of my bowl, which is totally fine, but I watch him to make sure he leaves my food alone! I used to live with a male dog, but I haven’t had any other dog interactions since I came here to my current home. I’m really shy around new people, but the second time I meet them, they are my best friend. I haven’t met a kid yet, but my foster mom thinks it would be no trouble at all.Speaking of my new home, my foster mom completely trusts me alone when she’s gone. I just sleep by the front door and wait for her to come back. I have been put in a crate, but it’s not my first choice. I did counter surf one time, but when I got caught with a loaf of bread, I gave it back! I was really sorry and didn’t know any better, but now I do because I’m smart!I like to protect the house from barking dogs or delivery drivers. There are a lot of strange sounds that scare me, but I relax if my foster mom checks on the noise and tells me it’s okay. I have been a little sensitive to noises since I gave birth to my 9 puppies, so I’m hoping it’s just my mama protective hormones messing with me.Well, I gotta go check on my puppies! I can’t wait to meet you soon! My foster mom sure is gonna miss me!========================= To apply to adopt me, please fill out the application form! https://form.jotform.com/51994996709176 .For more information, please email us at [email protected]. Adopt Sis and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Sis's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Sis's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Sis, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Sis's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Sis was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Sis’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
"The fun and friendly internet currency."
Dogecoin sets itself apart from other digital currencies with an amazing, vibrant community made up of friendly folks just like you. Dogecoin is a decentralized, peer-to-peer digital currency that enables you to easily send money online.
Learn more about it on youtube or at dogecoin.com.
We want the Sis’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Sis’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
