Izzy is 3yo, weighs 52lbs, is spayed, is up to date on her vaccines, and is microchipped. Izzy knows 'sit', 'stay', 'down', 'leave it', 'paw' and 'crate'. Izzy stays in the mother-in-law suite during the day. At night, she sleeps in the main home in a spare bedroom. Izzy tolerates car rides but can be nervous at times, as she shakes and pants. Izzy's guardian adds: "Izzy is a sweet and ultra cute 3 yr old Canaan Dog originally from Israel! Izzy is house-trained, crate trained and loves dogs. Izzy is a sensitive girl and takes time to warm up to new situations and environments. True to the Canaan Dog breed, Izzy is wary of strangers, and requires help and management dealing with unfamiliar people approaching or entering her home. Once she trusts you, she is an affectionate sweetheart who loves treats and belly rubs. Izzy’s favorite form of exercise is playing with other dogs. Once tired out, she happily snoozes the day away. She would greatly benefit from having a confident dog sibling to help show her the ropes. Will transport Izzy to the right home." For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and IZZY (COURTESY POST) was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, IZZY (COURTESY POST)’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
