About this Dog
Meg is a beagle mix - she looks like a beagle but has shorter legs and slightly longer hair. 14 years old and 22-25 lbs. Very sweet girl - she's been affectionate, happy, calm, and quiet. She seems in good shape for her age, including her teeth -the shelter she came from had aged her at 4 years younger. Her best friend is Lola, a 30-35 lb, @10 year old Schnoodle mix. Black with white. She's as sweet as Meg. and is gentle with the smaller dogs. They were put in a shelter after their owner had died. The shelter found a chip in Meg that was registered to us- it seems she was adopted from us in 2011! We wished we could have gotten her directly from her adopted family--so glad she's with us now and brought her friend Lola. They are joining an active senior woman* who has adopted from B&B before...these girls will join senior poodle Milo, a B&B grad. *That's you, Janet!
