About this Dog
LOCATION: Shreveport, LADOB: 05/31/2021Hi there! I’m Arizona, a charming and strong Great Dane located in Greeneville, Tennessee. Let me tell you a bit about myself from my perspective!I’m a doll, but don’t let that fool you—I can be a solid guard dog. I alert quickly to anything that approaches the house and am cautious of strangers, but I’m fiercely loyal to my household. I bark sparingly and am generally very quiet. Also, I don’t lick at all.Like most Danes, I’m torn between two elements. I love to be doted on and enjoy my naps. I’m still young, so I have bursts of energy, but it’s clear that I’m waiting for a home to keep me, nourish me, and love me.I’m very well house-trained but not happy with crates or being restrained. When my current family leaves the house, they let me have the whole place. If I’m closed in a room, I can damage doors and frames. I do chew, but if my toys are present, that makes me happy. Just keep counters and tables clear of anything you want to be spared.I yearn to play with other dogs, but my size can be an issue for smaller dogs. I’m ‘happy’ punchy, meaning I throw my weight around when I want to play, which can be scary for smaller animals or create quick tension. I would likely work best in a home without dogs or with dogs my own size.I’m strong—all muscle, especially in my forelegs and shoulders. During a vet visit, the vet said I have the veins of an elephant, which is true. I can scale small and even relatively large fences without much effort. It seems I’ve been a stray most of my life, so this might be my first instinct in a new home.Once I settle with my new family, I’m content and happy, looking for love and my chew toys. I nap often. But if you want a house guarded, I have the boom in my voice to make sure I’m heard and understood. If you’re looking for a loyal, loving, and protective companion, I’m your girl. Can’t wait to meet you and become a part of your family!Love, ArizonaAll of our Great Danes are altered, if medically possible, fully vetted, micro-chipped, and on heartworm prevention or treatment prior to being adopted. Adopt Arizona and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Arizona's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Arizona's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Arizona, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Arizona's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Arizona was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Arizona’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
"The fun and friendly internet currency."
Dogecoin sets itself apart from other digital currencies with an amazing, vibrant community made up of friendly folks just like you. Dogecoin is a decentralized, peer-to-peer digital currency that enables you to easily send money online.
Learn more about it on youtube or at dogecoin.com.
We want the Arizona’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Arizona’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
