About this Dog
Sam was born around June 26, 2022 and weighs about 28 pounds. Sam is with us after his human was no longer able to care for him. Sam arrived with extremely matted hair but thanks to our incredible volunteers he is much more comfy! Sam has been a pleasure to get to know and meet everyone with enthusiasm. Sam rides well in the car and walks nicely on a leash. We are told Sam is good with children but we have noticed he sometimes gets a bit uncomfortable when asked to do something he would rather not do so we are going to say older kids only. Sam gets along beautifully with the other dogs here but we are not sure about cats yet. Sam was very uncomfortable with his 1st grooming but we can't blame him for that based on the condition he was in. A few days after his initial grooming his foster dad was able to trim up his face and we feel that with consistent, positive, interactions with a good groomer, he is going to be absolutely fine with it in the future. Sam is a very happy boy and ready for a fresh start! The Adoption Fee for this dog is $500.00 Adoptions fees vary based on adoptability. In general our fees include spay/neuter, all age appropriate vaccines, Home Again micro-chipping & registration, worming & flea control - a "complete" pet. We accept CASH or Visa/Mastercard ONLY. Joyful Rescues has no funding except for our adoption fees and miscellaneous donations. Pet care and vet bills are expensive - you must be ready to take on this financial (as well as emotional) responsibility. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO ADOPT A DOG FROM JOYFUL RESCUES We keep our pet list as up-to-date as possible. As soon as a pet is adopted, it is removed from the list. After verifying the adoption, Sam White's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Sam White was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Sam White’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
