About this Dog
Fetch! Ok - … here I am! My name Sarabi and I love to play fetch and go on adventures. I am a very smart and athletic girl that would love an active family of my very own. I am a sweet and cuddly Hound Mix full of love and curiosity. I may be more reserved than the other dogs in my foster home, but that just means I like to take my time to observe and understand the world around me. I'm a content dog and am happy to chew on my toys and enjoy some quiet time. When I'm near my favorite humans, I feel safe and secure, and I can be a bit protective of my toys and space. We are working on my resource guarding so it doesn’t become a problem. I'm a little vocal in my crate, especially when I see my humans leave, but I calm down once I know you’re nearby. It would be best if I didn’t have shared walls in my forever home because sometimes I have things to say (bark bark!). I would really love it if my people were home a lot ... or took me on adventures with them! I am an active dog and would love to explore with you! Fetch! Ok ... I’m back again. If I haven’t mentioned it, I love playing fetch! I can jump very high and am quite athletic. If you could think of some games to teach me I would love that! My favorite activities include chewing on toys, and of course, eating all kinds of yummy food. I know commands like "sit," "come," "leave it," "go potty," and "go to bed." As you can see, I am a very smart girl. I have even figured out leash walking. Oh boy, I would love it if my forever family took me on long walks, perhaps we can learn how to jog together! I promise, with patience and love, I’ll learn to feel more secure. If you're looking for a sweet, smart, cuddly, and eager-to-learn companion, I’m your girl. I can’t wait to steal your heart and be a part of your family. *Please note that some of our dogs are obtained from shelters, surrendered to our care, or released from breeders. Each animal's bio is based on our experience of the animal within our care, an educated guess based on physical characteristics, temperament and information shared. Each dog receives basic grooming when coming into rescue, but for some dogs they have not received grooming attention until recently and grooming may be required shortly after adoption. This will be at the adopter’s expense, so we encourage you to research the breed and be prepared for grooming expenses. Underdog cannot guarantee hypoallergenic or non-shedding qualities of any dogs in our rescue. Some of the animals come from situations where they are lacking experience in a home and confidence in humans. In turn, they require another companion dog and/or a fenced in yard in their forever home in order for them to feel safe. If you are interested in a particular dog whose bio states those needs and do not currently have them, please understand that your home might not be the right fit. Please use the filter on our Adoptable Dogs page to find the perfect match for your home. ***Be sure to check your spam/junk folder as sometimes our emails end up there***

Adopt Sarabi and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Sarabi's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Sarabi's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Sarabi, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Sarabi's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Sarabi was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Sarabi’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
"The fun and friendly internet currency."
Dogecoin sets itself apart from other digital currencies with an amazing, vibrant community made up of friendly folks just like you. Dogecoin is a decentralized, peer-to-peer digital currency that enables you to easily send money online.
Learn more about it on youtube or at dogecoin.com.
We want the Sarabi’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Sarabi’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
