About this Cat
Afin d'avoir une chance de l'adopter, veuillez remplir notre formulaire d'adoption directement sur notre site web: https://www.reseausecoursanimal.org/nous-contacter/formulaire-adoption/ Portia was brought to the Animal Rescue Network in January 2024 after being found wandering with her babies. She was placed in foster care, but when we learned that she was a carrier of the feline leukemia virus (FeLV), Portia returned to the shelter to wait for a second foster family who could keep her for the long term. Now, she has found a long term foster family who will keep her until she finds her forever home! Portia is a beautiful sweet little cat who loves to play and be pampered. She will follow you around the house and loves to lie on you or put her paws on you while getting pets and purring nonstop. She’s also extremely playful and will play with every toy you give her…and everything else in the house! She has a great appetite and loves her treats, so don’t delay in getting her breakfast in the morning. She immediately greets new people, loves belly rubs, and lets you play with her paws…truly an exceptional and confident cat. This adorable and happy girl would make a great addition to any family! Portia is a carrier le feline leucosis so the adoption fees for her are $100. Adopt Portia and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Portia's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Portia's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Portia, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Portia's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Portia was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Portia’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Portia’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Portia’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
