About this Cat
Hi, I’m Lucy. I was about two-three weeks old when I found myself all alone in someone’s yard. I guess I was at the right place at the right time because a nice man found me just as he was taking a Mama cat and her two kittens to SBACC. He scooped me up and gave me to the Mama cat and she accepted me and let me nurse as if I was her own kitten. I suddenly had two brothers and a new Mama. We all went to a foster home together and Mama nursed us until we were big enough to eat on our own. I started out very shy and scared and hid under the bed whenever my foster Mom came into the room. Slowly I came out, but I was still afraid to be touched. My foster Mom had lots of patience and gave me lots of time and love along with delicious food, warm beds, and tons of toys. The more I played the more confident I became and I gradually felt safe and loved but still can be a little shy. My foster mom says that I have come so far and that I get less shy every day. She says that I am sweet, gentle, and very curious. I especially love to run, play, and chase my brothers. I am now ready for my forever home and I would love to go home with one of my brothers or another kitten or young cat. I’m with Leon in one pic and with Liam in another.

Please begin the process of claiming Kitten Lucy's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Kitten Lucy was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Kitten Lucy’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Kitten Lucy’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
