About this Dog
Jayne Pembroke, MA The man they call Jayne is looking to ship out with his new crew! This pupper is an eager learner who loves to play and train. If you're looking for a fun little buddy who aims to misbehave, read on! Jayne is working on foundational skills and doing well with house training. He is crate trained, doing well overnight and for ~4hr intervals during the day. He can get a little fomo if he can see you while crated (he expects to be involved in all the fun) but is learning to chill until it's his turn. Jayne has been here in foster since the beginning of June, and in that time has gotten a lot of exposure to new people, dogs, and environments. He can start out a little overwhelmed in busy new places, but does well observing from a distance. He has enjoyed meeting new people in controlled settings, and should be fine with kids 8+. He's very food motivated and has been super fun to work with! Jayne does great out in the yard with puppies and adult dogs, needing a little guidance here and there. He enjoys playing with his dog friends, but can also settle with a toy or stick and have a good chew on his own. He has been content to hang out nearby me and will seek out chest scritches and pets, but overall would prefer to play or train than snuggle! Jayne has not been formally cat tested, but I anticipate he would be okay with slow integration - I would expect him to try to chase and play, so he'll need some help learning how to interact properly. Jayne weighs roughly 26lbs and is about 5 months old at time of writing. He was born to an acd mom around the end of March, and his embark test revealed he is primarily ACD with several other breeds mixed in including husky, boxer, and APBT. While Jayne doesn't exhibit the intensity typical of heelers, his heeler side does come out at times during play. Medium energy for his mix, he is overall on the active side and would love an adopter who will engage with him and give him appropriate outlets to keep him happy and fulfilled! Jayne is microchipped, fully vaccinated, and up to date on monthly preventatives. He is being adopted out on a neuter contract to allow his puppy body and mind more time to develop. He must meet his potential family prior to adoption in order to help ensure a great match. Adopt Jayne and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Jayne's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Jayne's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Jayne, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Jayne's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Jayne was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Jayne’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Jayne’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
