About this Dog
This mama is the sweetest girl around! Debbie was found as a very pregnant Doberman that was likely dumped and then brought to us by a couple of good Samaritans! She was originally thought to be around 3 years old but now that weâve got her comfortable and taken a closer look, we believe Debbie is actually closer to 8 years old. She has some broken teeth and golf-ball sized mammary tumors but is as sweet as pie! She is currently still recovering from giving birth 1/4/24, but will soon have her veterinary needs addressed and will soon be ready for her furever home! Debbie just wants to be loved on and go for walks, she is decent on a leash, is house trained and crate trained. She was a bit afraid of the neighborhood cats I feed outside my front door and barked once to tell them to go away. Debbie LOVES children and seeks out their attention over adult friends, however, due to her age, we would recommend older or calmer kids. She is good with other dogs including young playful ones, but prefers slow introductions where she can clearly set her expectations, which is that she prefers to co-exist with other dogs and does not like them to be too boisterous in her face. She takes treats very gently and is just the sweetest old lady! We may have fallen in love with her already! ð Being older, she does slip and slide on the hard floors so her furever home may have to invest in some extra rugs around the house! Debbie's personality is coming out more and more now that she is healed from having puppies and settled into the house! She is cool with whatever you want to do, whether that is cuddling and lounging about or going on a walk and patrolling the yard for enemy squirrels! Debbie has even become comfortable enough to start being naughty! Snacks or even lunch left unattended are fair game for miss Debbie! ð Every perfect thing has to have one flaw, right?? If you are looking for a friend to keep you company while you garden, stroll around the neighborhood with the kids or enjoy the view from porch, Debbie is it!! 6/1/24 Update: How is miss Debbie still available?! She is the most perfect lady! After some concern that she may have a blood clotting disorder common in Dobermans, we have finally gotten her scheduled for a spay and mammary mass removal for next week. Her clotting factor will be monitored and if needed, we can have some Doberman buddies on standby for plasma and blood transfusions. Please get this perfect lady into her forever home!

Adopt Debbie and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Debbie's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Debbie's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Debbie, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Debbie's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Debbie was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Debbie’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Debbie’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Debbie’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
