About this Dog
Animal Profile: Gazpacho is a 16-month-old Airedale Terrier mix joining us from our friends at Kauai Humane Society. Gazpacho has been in a caring foster home since April, and has proven to be a friendly, happy guy. Gaz is house and crate trained, and gets along well with other dogs. He can be shy when first meeting new friends, but warms up quickly. He walks well on leash, and is food motivated and eager to please. Foster Update: Gaz is settling in well and is such a sweet shy guy! He loves the other pups in his foster home and we think will do best with another dog in his adoptive home to continue to build his confidence. He is great in his crate and does the sweetest little happy dance in the morning when it's time to come out of his crate. Gaz takes a bit to warm up to new people, especially men, but is such a sweet boy and worth the extra effort. He loves the 4 and 6 y/o kids in his foster home and is especially fond of cuddling on the couch with them. With his confidence continuing to grow, we know he is going to make a perfect addition to one lucky family here in the PNW! We believe Gazpacho will do best in a home with another dog and a fenced yard. We are not considering apartments or busy neighborhoods for him at this time. Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $550, which includes spay/neuter, current rabies/DAPPV/bordetella vaccinations, microchip, health certificate, and heartworm test. All adoption fees are donations to a Washington non-profit corporation and all donations go to benefit the animals in our rescue. Apply online at www.DogGoneSeattle.org Animal History: This dog was originally transferred from a kill shelter in Hawaii and joined us from Kauai Humane Society rescue partner, arriving to Seattle on Thursday June 13, 2024. He will be available for adoption in the greater Seattle area once evaluated in foster care.

Adopt Gazpacho and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Gazpacho's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Gazpacho's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Gazpacho, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Gazpacho's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Gazpacho was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Gazpacho’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Gazpacho’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Gazpacho’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
