Tortuga's guardian states the following regarding dogs: Tortuga has lived with dogs, so her guardian recommends her living with dogs, stating "She cuddles and hangs out with the dogs more than other cats". Tortuga's guardian states the following regarding cats: Tortuga lives with cats, so her guardian recommends her living with cats, stating "It took her a while to adjust to my cats; usuallty hangs out by herself.
