About this Dog
Prima is 2yo, weighs 67lbs, is spayed, is up to date on her vaccines, and is microchipped. Prima's guardian states: Prima is extremely smart and affectionate. She is eager to learn and picks up on training exercises very quickly. We have worked with a professional trainer for 3 months now. She is well trained. She loves going on walks and can even keep up while jogging. She loves to play fetch and zooming around grassy areas. When it's time for bed, Prima is the perfect snuggle buddy. She has a strong bark which she uses to protect her home. However, she only uses it sparingly. She is fully crate trained and housebroken. Her recall is solid and she walks well on leash. Her favorite toys include squeaky balls, tug toys, treat puzzles, and bones to chew on. She knows several commands such as "sit ", "stay ", and she will sit politely while you are serving her food and wait until you tell her to "break " before eating. She loves car rides! Prima's guardian explains why he has made the difficult decision to rehome her: "My wife is blind and has become fearful of Prima. We are looking to regime ASAP. Prima will nip at my wifes arm and butt, jumping at her face. With my wife being blind, she does not know what’s going on and how to stop it. Prima is good when I’m in the room but as soon as I step out, she starts to bully my wife." Prima's guardian states the following regarding children: Since Prima hasn't lived with nor otherwise been around children, her guardian doesn't recommend her living with children. Prima's guardian states the following regarding dogs: Prima has lived with a dog, so her guardian recommends her living with dogs, stating "Prima can be pushy and dominant". Prima's guardian states the following regarding cats: Although Prima has lived with a cat, her guardian doesn't recommend her living with cats, stating "Prima has a high prey drive to see cats and can get fixated on it all times". Prima's guardian describes her as: Very active Playful Friendly Affectionate House-Trained Crate-Trained Prima's guardian describes her ideal future home: "Prima will thrive with someone who can spend time taking her on adventures and teaching her new things. Prima would do great in an active house with experienced Shepherd handlers." Rehoming Fee: None Location: Glen Burnie, MD
