About this Dog
Hi! My name is Zuma! I have silky soft black fur, chocolate-colored ears, and brindle accents on my face and legs and weigh 26 pounds. My foster mom says the brindle lines on my face make me look like I’m puzzled or worried, which is funny because I’m actually a happy, adventurous gal! Either way, my foster mom thinks I’m really beautiful. Here is my story. I was born in rescue on April 14, 2024. My momma is a beautiful lab mix who weighs about 60 pounds. My foster family says I’m very playful! I love, love, love to enjoy the backyard with people and other dogs. My nickname is Zoomie-Zoom because I love to run and play! I also love to explore the grass and the garden. I like toys, yet I’m also thrilled to find a stick or a leaf to play with! Even an ice cube is great fun! My foster family is teaching me to go potty outside. I sometimes have an accident if I’m not taken out regularly, but every time we go outside, the first thing I do is go potty. I am also learning to sit for my dinner. My foster family is using positive reinforcement clicker training with me, and I am catching on super fast! It’s fun! While my favorite place to be is snuggled on the couch with my people, I do feel safe in my crate and will run in there if I get scared. I sleep all night in my crate and I only whine if I need to go potty. I am comfortable wearing a harness but I’m still learning how to walk on a leash. In conclusion, my foster family says I’m a very sweet, well-socialized puppy! Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $595.00

Adopt Zuma and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Zuma's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Zuma's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Zuma, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Zuma's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Zuma was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Zuma’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Zuma’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Zuma’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
