About this Dog
08/14/24 04:14DOG DAY OUT REPORT Today I: went for a 6.5 mile walk along the Los Gatos Creek Trail. I got so many compliments on how beautiful I am! I especially enjoyed how excited a few kids were to see me and I really wanted to say hi to them because they probably would have been great at giving me pets, which I love. On our walk, I was interested in sniffing out all the lizards and squirrels in the bushes, but I mostly just wanted to keep the adventure going and continue walking. After I stopped to drink some water, I liked to cool down by sticking my paws in the water bowl and splashing all around. My human said it's really adorable to watch. I was so happy and relaxed on the drive back to the shelter and canât wait to do it again!Three Words to Describe Me are: Easy-going, polite, gentleNotes from My Walker: Susie Q is such a sweetheart! She seemed to adore being pet while we relaxed in the grass after our long walk. As soon as I started to pet her, she sat down and leaned in for more contact. She even gave me a few wet kisses on my face while I pet her. I think she will be a total cuddlebug in her future home. Overall, she walks very nicely on leash and only pulled hard when squirrels popped out to surprise us. Susie Q knows sit and is so, so, so gentle when taking treats! We encountered a lot of dogs that wanted to say hello, some more forward about it than others, but Susie Q had only neutral to positive reactions to them as we declined their offer to meet and continued our walk. 07/12/24 00:11DOG DAY OUT REPORT Today I:Went for a 4 plus mile hike at Almaden Quicksilver park. I really enjoyed getting out of my pen. We left early to avoid the 100 degree heat expected this afternoon. There were a lot of people and dogs on the trail, but I ignored them for the most part.Three Words to Describe Me are: Mellow, calm, content.Notes from My Walker: Susie Q is such a mellow dog. She is not reactive to people or other dogs although she is interested in lizards. She does not pull on the leash and is a sweetheart to walk with. She is not overly affectionate.

The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the SUSIE Q, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming SUSIE Q's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption.
