About this Dog
We talked about the Dog Adventures Program and how great it is for our dogs. However, many people don't realize just how big of an impact it makes on the dogs who go. This is the case for Nova, a sweet little dog-shaped missile who has been in a shelter setting for way too long. She came to our Adoption and Resource Center in April straight from Orange County Animal Services. Her Dog Day Out partner said this about her: `We went on a hike/swim. She did amazing running the trail and went swimming in the river down below! She got a lot of her energy out, I think she would be an amazing candidate to be a k9 for a law enforcement agency, she has the energy drive and high potential to make a great K9! She's smart - she knows to sit, come, and heel (when she isnât going 100 mph)!`Nova:- Good with other dogs- Great with cats and kittens- Chases chickens- Potty trained- Crate trained- Loves treats and toysNova is a great dog who just needs someone to give her the patience and loving home that she deserves so desperately. If you want to meet this playful pup, she's ready to go today and is waiting to meet her new owners, so if you think that could be you, stop by today! We are open M-F 8am-5pm (8am-7pm on Thursdays) and 10am-4pm on Saturdays. Nova is available for adoption (all fees are waived for any adoption now through September 30th), fostering, or to be a partner for the Dog Adventures Program. Adopt NOVA and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, NOVA's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is NOVA's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the NOVA, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming NOVA's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and NOVA was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, NOVA’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
"The fun and friendly internet currency."
Dogecoin sets itself apart from other digital currencies with an amazing, vibrant community made up of friendly folks just like you. Dogecoin is a decentralized, peer-to-peer digital currency that enables you to easily send money online.
Learn more about it on youtube or at dogecoin.com.
We want the NOVA’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, NOVA’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
