About this Cat
Meet Momma Kiwi (A208394)! Momma Kiwi is an approximately three years young kitty looking for a loving home at the shelter! Momma Kiwi was originally found as a stray and would happily go up to anyone walking by to say hello and twine around their legs. Since then she is perfectly content to be a spoiled indoor kitty. Momma Kiwi is a total sweetheart. She loves pets on her cheeks, neck and chin, but is not a fan of long strokes along her back as her lower back is a little sensitive, which is very common for kitties. If she needs a break or doesn't like the way you are petting her, she is very clear about letting you know. If you don't "listen" then she may give a little swat or nip to get you to stop, but she is very gentle about it. For this reason, a home without very young children is recommended. Momma Kiwi is very food motivated and loves canned food which is a sure path to her heart. She gets along with other cats and can coexist peacefully with them, as long as they don't bother her, or she may swat at them if they get too close.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. We want the Momma Kiwi’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Momma Kiwi’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
