About this Dog
Sissy is a sweet, gentle, playful little girl. She enjoys being outside in the yard exploring and observing everything going on around her and laying in the sun. She loves to play gently with the other small dogs in her foster home ( Click here for an adorable video of her playing!). Sissy enjoys taking walks, is potty trained, and loves playing and chewing on toys. It will be important to have another small dog in Sissy’s forever home to show her the ropes. She is cautious when meeting new people and it is important to let her settle in slowly. Her confidence and trust have grown tremendously since we started fostering her. Once Sissy is comfortable with you, she seeks out rubs and love. She likes to curl up and cuddle in next to you in bed. When giving her love and rubs, she will nudge your hand for more rubs! Sissy’s sweet playful side shines through every day! She would be a wonderful companion for another small playful dog. She currently lives with small dogs and adults. She is respectful when another dog doesn’t want to play. Energetic large dogs and small kids make her nervous. Older respectful teenage children should be okay. A large dog that is quiet and low keyed should be fine with slow introductions. A quieter household without a lot of visitors would make Sissy most comfortable. Apartment living and walks in a busy noisy neighborhood would not be a good match for Sissy. If you are looking for a sweet, gentle, even-tempered dog who’d love to play with your small dog then Sissy may be your girl. Every day she shows us what a wonderful girl she has blossomed into! It will be important to let her settle in slowly. A quieter home with no young kids or high energy large dogs would make Sissy most comfortable. She would be fine hanging out in another room with a “safe space” if young kids visited. Fill out an application, I’d love to tell you about this sweet gentle girl! Sissy is from Texas. Adopt Sissy and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Sissy's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Sissy's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Sissy, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Sissy's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Sissy was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Sissy’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Sissy’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Sissy’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
