About this Cat
Pasta is a female red tabby with an estimated birthdate of 2/11/2020. She was being cared for by a lady, but the woman moved and could not take her. She is shy and tends to stay be herself since she was previously kept separate from other pets in the home. However, the longer she was in StreetCats she was OK with other cats sharing her space in a red house. All the new ones loved to snuggle up with her and she never got aggressive with them to leave her alone. She was adopted in early May along with Millie. They had sometimes shared space in a red house, but once they got in their own new home, it did not work out. While Millie was out and about, Pasta retreated to under a bed and didn’t want to come out. Also Millie wanted her to come out and play but Pasta refused. Her new dad felt it would be much better to return her so that hopefully she can find a new home as a single kitty. She is back in her favorite red house on top of the cages in Smokey’s Room and she seems very contented and lets us pet her more than before while still be a little standoffish. She’s also back to sharing space with another kitty in that small house once in while so it’s hard to say why her new home didn’t work out for her as they tried to keep her happy. All cats have tested negative for FeLeuk/FIV and are current on rabies and FVRCP vaccinations. All kitties have Home Again microchips implanted and are registered at no charge to the owner. Adopt Pasta and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Pasta's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Pasta's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Pasta, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Pasta's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Pasta was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Pasta’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Pasta’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Pasta’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
