About this Dog
*Name: Snow*Age: 2 years old*Current Weight: 40 lbs*Rescued from: Louisiana*Adoption fee: $475*Health: Up to date on vaccines, Neutered, & microchipped*Adoption requirements: Adopter must be 25 or older Meet Snow!! This sweet boy was found in Louisiana as a puppy in an area where there are a lot of abandoned dogs. Luckily Snow was rescued by SNARR Northeast and has been living up in CT with a wonderul foster family patiently waiting to be adopted.Snow is a wonderful dog, the perfect mix of playful pup and cuddle bug. He has a blast playing with his foster siblings whether its playing chase (Snow is super fast), wrestling each other, or playing tug of war. He loves going to doggie daycare and getting to meet new four legged friends. Snow is what many call a "Velcro pittie" and is a fantastic companion dog. Once he bonds with you, he will quickly become your shadow and will happily spend the day following you around. Working from home? He'll quietly lay next to your desk and not make a peep. Need to run errands? He's the first one in the car calling shot gun, always wanting to ride along. Spending the afternoon working on the garden? He'll keep you company while he sunbathes. Ready to Netflix and chill? This guy will happily crawl up right beside (or on top of) you to snuggle on the couch until he inevitably falls asleep. Snow is happiest when he's close to his people and when the family is all together in one room. Snow is timid around new people, so he needs a family who is willing to be patient and take it slow as he adjusts to his new home and life. However, once he's comfortable with you, you're golden and he'll be forever attached to you. Snow is an affectionate, loving and appreciative dog, a great listener, who is crate and house trained. Snow is an all around great boy and his foster family absolutely adores him, but he deserves to find his forever home and family of his own. He is such a sweetheart and appreciates everything he gets... so whoever adopts him will be incredibly lucky!Snow would prefer a home with another dog (or two), a yard where he can run around in, and ideally one of his humans to work from home so he can keep them company during the day.Could you be the perfect family for Snow???If you are interested in meeting or adopting Snow, please fill out an application at https://snarrnortheast.org/adopt/FAQs -- PLEASE READ ALL BEFORE EMAILINGAll adoption fees are non-refundableIf paying by credit card, Venmo, or PayPal there is a set processing fee, generally this fee is under $15 per pet. These processing fees are determined by the form of payment adopters decide to use. By helping with this minimal cost this allows us to save more animals. Please note that SNARR NE is a volunteer-based organization. While our volunteers will try to respond to you as quickly as possible, it is helpful if you review the below information about our adoption process before emailing:LISTED BREED(S) & AGE: We are taking our best guess on age, breed, and size when fully grown, based on the puppy's/dog's physical appearance and what we might have learned about one or both parents depending on the situation. *NOTE* We rarely know a dog's exact age, nor are we able to tell the true or full breed mix of dogs as our information is limited most of the time. Because we often do not have access to medical records at the time that we are listing for dogs for adoption, there are sometimes discrepancies between what is posted on their profile and what might be listed on a dog's medical records.SNARR'S ADOPTION PROCESS: The first step in adopting or meeting a SNARR dog/puppy is to fill out an application at https://snarrnortheast.org/adopt/. Once we receive your application, one of our adoption application processors will contact you, review our adoption process with you, and answer any additional questions you may have. **We do not go on a first-come-first-serve basis for adoptions, but on best fit for a family and most importantly the puppy or dog. **MEETING ADOPTABLE DOGS: Meet and greets will not be scheduled until after your adoption application has been fully processed and approved by one of our adoption processors.APPLYING ONLINE: If you fill out an online application, please do so from a computer (not a mobile device), make sure you answer ALL the questions in as much detail as possible, and that you receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, that means we did NOT receive your application.

Adopt Snow and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Snow's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Snow's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Snow, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Snow's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Snow was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Snow’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
"The fun and friendly internet currency."
Dogecoin sets itself apart from other digital currencies with an amazing, vibrant community made up of friendly folks just like you. Dogecoin is a decentralized, peer-to-peer digital currency that enables you to easily send money online.
Learn more about it on youtube or at dogecoin.com.
We want the Snow’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Snow’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
