About this Dog
Juniper, oh, our little confident, eager-to-please Juniper, with the silly, but charming ears, had such a rough start in life. This super smart girl with the friendliest personality has not let anything slow her down despite the pain she had to be in. At only 6 weeks old, Juniper was attacked by another dog leaving her with severe injuries to include 3 broken ribs, a punctured lung, a hole in her chest wall, and damage done to her esophagus. It was very scary, but being the little miracle girl who can’t be stopped, her clinical symptoms for megaesophagus have resolved. Juniper has no special requirements and can live her life to the fullest! Juniper, a mix of Great Pyrenees and Malinois has it all-personality, confidence, friendly, playful, crate trained, good on a leash, and affectionate with all people and animals. She currently lives with small and large dogs of all ages, as well as many cats. As most young pups, she wants to play with the cats but takes correction to leave them. She spends her days wrestling with her foster sibling, playing with toys, taking a snooze to rest up for more play, and greeting the many people who come and go! Juniper is in training to protect her family and will let out a little “arrr, who’s there” talk if she hears somebody come in the house but doesn’t see them. The perfect home for Juniper will have a secure fenced yard, and a male dog her size for play and to teach her the ropes. She is a confident girl who would love to join an active family for walks or hikes. How can you not want to bring home this cutie with the right ear that stands up like a radar flap and left ear that falls forward?!
