About this Dog
Hello - I'm Lilo! I was brought here when my family couldn't care for me any longer. I quickly headed to a foster home where the humans could learn some more about me! Turns out I like big, red chewy things and I do know how to play fetch. All of the other things foster momma threw, I played fetch and hoard instead. I’m housebroken, and STUBBORN. Once I have claimed my spot…I am NOT getting up. Time for bed? Nope. Haven’t been outside since dinner…nope. I’m pretty much decided the couch is all mine. W hen w e met some hooman n neighbors, I was very polite and loved anyone w ho wanted to show me love. We also went on a few car ride s and I was super excited. And I slept on my bed next to foster mommas bed and I didn’t make a peep. It took 30 min utes to convince me to get off the couch to go upstairs, but that’s a story for another day. Foster momma says I am “curious” about everything at my eye level. I sit when asked, but the words “outside” and “walk” don’t mean anything after 5pm. She gives me lots of cuddles and told me I am a good couch guest. She is also starting to get an idea of what my perfect family looks like! They definitely need to like to share the couch, enjoy gentle kisses, and give up 50% of their bed. Happy New Year to all of my new friends. And to my future furever family…I am quite the catch and look forward to lots of snuggles very soon! I'm back at the shelter, and hoping my stay here will be short and sweet, so come scoop up this very best girl, pretty please?! P.S - you shouldn't ask a woman her age - but I am 8 years young and a pleasantly plump 77ish pounds.. we can make a resolution to walk more together, but only if you adopt me! Adopt Lilo and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Lilo's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Lilo's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Lilo, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Lilo's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Lilo was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Lilo’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
"The fun and friendly internet currency."

We want the Lilo’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Lilo’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
