About this Dog
Available for adoption** Oscar is a big lover boy. His nub tail is always wagging and he just wants to love you and be loved by you. He is a big goof but also so sweet and loving. He knows sit and shake and he has never had a accident in the house or his kennel. He's currently laid up with me snacking on a bag of trail mix. He doesn't beg and he takes his treats so gently. He does get excited with new people or when coming in after being outside but he settles quickly. Our vet guestimates him to be around 6 years old but he sure has a lot of spunk to be middle aged. I think Oscar would do best in a only dog home. We have not fully let him free with the other dogs. He seems super interested and eager to play but he is a bit overbearing and I'm just not sure yet. He is neutered, current on vaccines, heartworm negative with a proheart 6, and microchipped. This big cutie patootie is going to be the perfect addition to the right family. Oscar is currently in a foster home in Shreveport, LA but we do adopt out of state and transport can easily be arranged.

Adopt Oscar and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Oscar's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Oscar's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Oscar, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Oscar's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Oscar was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Oscar’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Oscar’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Oscar’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
