As a result, he's not accustomed to receiving attention from humans and can be shy. He has an adorable, unassuming personality and he loves to play with toys and spend time on a soft bed. With time, Mick will purr and allow pats, and he LOVES scritches. Mick enjoys lounging on perches or in hidey holes. And despite being quite shy, he can’t get enough scritches, particularly along his back and his neck. He’ll push himself into your hand if you’re scritching him, and he’ll headbutt gently when you’re petting his forehead. He purrs like crazy for scritches and pets. He's never aggressive. Mick also looooooves to eat. He’ll be looking for his food when he knows it’s getting close to breakfast or dinner time. He will excitedly chat when at mealtimes!Mick had benign cysts surgically removed from his ears (feline ceruminous cystomatosis), and his follow-up confirmed that his ears look great! We don't have any reason to believe this will cause issues in the future, but because it's a known issue we've further reduced his adoption fee (to just $75).The ideal adopter for Mick is a cat person who's seeking the company of a sweet, unassuming, playful kitty for themselves and their resident cat.
