About this Cat
Afin d'avoir une chance de l'adopter, veuillez remplir notre formulaire d'adoption directement sur notre site web: https://www.reseausecoursanimal.org/nous-contacter/formulaire-adoption/ Gribouille was brought to the Animal Rescue Network in July 2023 after being abandoned by his family at the venerable age of 11. Gribouille had started urinating outside the litter box and his family decided to euthanize him...The vet checked his health and everything was perfect! He therefore refused to euthanize him and contacted us for help. Other than being particularly fussy about food, Gribouille is doing well! He's not traumatized by his abandonment and arrival at the shelter. He was adopted a few weeks after arriving at the shelter in 2023, but unfortunately was brought back in 2024. He was very upset by this change and wasn't at all happy to find the other cats in the shelter. He has now regained his calm and good humor. However, he would prefer to be adopted by a family with no other cats or children. He's playful for his age and loves people. He'd make a great cat for a family wanting to help a senior cat in need. Gribouille is affectionate and will never refuse to be petted. Gribouille was also declawed by his first family. Gribouille is a senior cat so the adoption fees for him are $175. He is sterilized, vaccinated and microchipped. He tested negative for the feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) and for the feline leukaemia virus (FeLV). Health insurances are offered for the first 6 weeks following adoption. You will also have access to the help of the adoption team as long as you need it. You will also have access to a free 30 minutes video consultation within the first month following adoption with our cat behaviour consultant FelineGood ( https://www.felinegood.ca ). Adopt Gribouille and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Gribouille's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Gribouille's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Gribouille, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Gribouille's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Gribouille was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Gribouille’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Gribouille’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Gribouille’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
