About this Dog
Grace came to ABMR an underweight with 3 puppies. She has been spayed and has now been released from the doctor and is ready to find her forever home. She I located near Marshall TX. She is a friendly, happy and exuberant 4 year old. She was found near the Tex-Mex border with 3 surviving pups in the extreme heat. Grace is friendly with small a d large dogs with proper introduction. Supervised play is initially needed to make sure lamy styles match as a he is like the typical Malinois that herds and ankle nips her playmates. She is also kid friendly with supervision. She does like to herd and nip when the kiddos start running around, so supervision with young kids is necessary. She greets everyone with a happily. She is confident and excited but needs continued socialization in public. She loves to be outdoors running and playing. It also just as happy lying in the grass and sun. She loves playing in the water but is not a fan of baths. She settles down indoors nicely. She is kennel trained and happily goes in when asked. She sleeps quietly in her kennel at night. Grace has completed basic training but will require continued reinforcement. She is highly motivated by treats, praise and snuggles. Her favorites are peanut butter and a kong ball. Current foster has a doggy door, so she has the ability to go out when she needs. She has not destroyed anything in the home. Grace can be sneaky sometimes and will try to counter surf so far stealing an avocado and a tomato, so indoor supervision and continued training is required. Grace does need a fenced in yard. She prone to chases cars along the fence line but does not attempt to get out. This is something being worked on. Grace would do well in an active home with or without other dogs. She enjoys one-on-one time and is entertained by toys and treats. She does enjoy the company of other dogs, but another dog is not a must. After verifying the adoption, Grace - MS - TX's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Grace - MS - TX was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Grace - MS - TX’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
