About this Dog
THIS IS A COURTESY POST, not a Loved at Last dog. Please contact the person or group below for more info. For more info or to adopt, please contact Ralf at [email protected]. Adoption fee $100.Rafa was rescued from a Korean meat factory at around 3 months, and fostered until he was 7 months old, before he was adopted. He’s currently in Penticton, BC. Rafa is a sweet boy, but is in urgent need of an experienced owner that can direct him and provide a better home.He is good with people and has never shown any signs of aggression towards humans, but has shown reactive aggression towards other dogs and must be kept on a lead until he is taught to play with other dogs in a non-reactive manner. He loves being petted! Rafa has a high energy level and needs to have a space to run for at least 30 mins 3 times a day, preferably with other dogs. He truly enjoys swimming in the summer to fetch a frisbee and running to play fetch in large fields. He would be great in a home with a mature dog that is still active and playful. In fact he would benefit from it and hasn’t been exposed to cats. He has prey drive and will run after a flock of birds or deer, but will recall with the signal of clapping hands. He’s not a flight risk in general but gets easily distracted. He’s ok with leash walking but needs more work. With a training collar, he has learned to sit when he is forced to stop.Rafa is housetrained, but he doesn’t enjoy the crate. He barks and whines when left alone in the crate. No resource guarding and no destructive behaviour towards furniture – food of any kind on the counters is fair game for him.Rafa is a beautiful, loving dog and wants to play, please and cuddle. He is a very smart dog, and with an experienced, confident dog owner, he will flourish. Rafa is a dog's dog. He needs another alpha doggy companion brother or sister – a dog that can show him the ropes – plus an experienced owner with time. He wants direction and he is looking for it! He comes with a crate, 2 harnesses, 2 leashes, a training collar, his toys to play with and fetch, feeding dishes and food, even a cute set of socks for the winter...and a great BIG heart! If he sounds like your kind of companion, please contact Ralf at [email protected] to set up an interview.

Adopt RAFA - Courtesy Post and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, RAFA - Courtesy Post's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is RAFA - Courtesy Post's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the RAFA - Courtesy Post, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming RAFA - Courtesy Post's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and RAFA - Courtesy Post was not returned. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, RAFA - Courtesy Post’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
