About this Rabbit
Georgia and her husbun Fred were rescued together in one live trap, and have been inseparable ever since. They have always showed a strong bond, with curious and courageous Fred protecting and encouraging shy and easily-startled Georgia. After recovering from getting fixed, they clearly showed a strong bond, with curious and courageous Fred protecting and encouraging shy and easily-startled Georgia. Both enjoy being petted now, and Fred will climb into a ready lap, but neither are comfortable being picked up yet. These darlings are soft as silk and very gentle, able to delicately nibble treats from your hand. They are both potty-trained for pee and most poops. They love snuggling together in soft blankets in their fort, tossing wicker balls around together, and chasing each other around, which Fred usually starts. They love to do almost everything together, and where one goes, the other is likely to follow. --Fred-- This handsome gentleman has super soft black fur with sweet little white feeties and a white nose. His ears are upright and medium-to-large. His rich, dark brown eyes are full of curiosity, and he weighs just under five pounds. Fred is highly food-motivated, and will happily stand up for a treat and is easily lured into laps to settle down for a nice snack and a good petting session. He is very social and will follow you around their enclosure, boops snoots with cats and dogs through the fencing, and explores every new change with confidence. His favorite treats are blackberry brambles and dandelions, though he's a big fan of lettuce, clover, and most greens. --Georgia-- This beautiful lady has brilliant blue eyes, downy soft fur, large, pink, upright ears, and weighs just over four pounds. She is shy and easily startled, but if you sit quietly she will happily approach, especially after Fred checks things out first. When feeling comfortable, Georgia loves to toss wicker balls and sticks around, and is getting braver and more interested in being petted. She will sometimes come up for pets with a gentle head butt now! When Georgia is over everything (usually when our dog gets too loud) she will do a big flick and go into her blanket fort, but she doesn't hold a grudge for long, because Fred can't have all the fun! Her favorite treats are blackberry brambles and clover, and she also loves dandelions and salad greens.
