About this Dog
Looks like: Lhasa apso mix Female, 4 years old (estimated), 10 pounds Cute as a button and full of puppy energy at four years old, Wanda is a doll! She started life on the streets and has taken some tough knocks, but she is just about the happiest companion you can imagine. Wanda's a big fan of snuggling, other dogs, and taking naps while her human is close by. If you step out for a while, she'll eagerly await your reunion and then she'll greet you with a lively tail wagging before rolling onto her back for another of your patented belly rubs. Wanda was found as a stray and arrived at a local animal shelter in rough shape: matted, covered in waste, recovering from being hit by a car. An injured eye had to go and her legs never fully recovered, but her spirits remain high and abundant; when excited, she sometimes hops around like a bunny! Wanda wears doggie diapers and putting them on her is a cinch. She would love to move into a forever home that can continue to give Wanda the TLC she deserves as she continues to heal from her surgery. Darling, sweet, and a true blue cuddler, Wanda is waiting to express to you her love and gratitude. The only ones who don't see Wanda's sweet side are cats! She does chase and want to catch kitties so is looking for a home without feline residents. Wanda came to us from Santa Cruz County Animal Services after being found as a stray.

Adopt Wanda and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Wanda's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Wanda's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Wanda, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Wanda's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Wanda was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Wanda’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Wanda’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Wanda’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
