About this Rabbit
Hi there! I'm Stevie, the adorable brown bunny with Disney-cute eyelashes and the sleekest coat of fur you've ever seen! I might be a bit timid at first, but once you spend some time with me, you'll find out just how sweet and loving I am. I love hanging out with my sister, Evie – we're practically inseparable so we must be adopted together. It gets a little scary for me when I'm not with her, but with some patience, I warm up to new people. If you sit with me for a bit, you'll see that I can be calm and sweet, especially when Evie and familiar faces are around. Now, when it's movie time and my family spends quality moments with us, you might witness me doing a few crazy wobbles. It's my way of expressing joy! However, if there's something new or scary, I like to find a safe hiding spot. I'm a bit less shy when it comes to food – I absolutely love my hay, Oxbow pellets, salads, and treats. Honestly, I haven't found a food I don't like yet! Evie and I are easygoing, but I do get a bit lonely if she leaves the pen without me. I might nudge or shake the cage a bit to let you know I miss her, especially if someone is eating without inviting me to join. I love running outside the pen, whether it's lounging around or going for a little zoomie – and of course, I stick close to Evie most of the time. With my short, naturally pretty fur, I don't need much brushing – I'm just effortlessly cute! While I'm calm and loving, I prefer to keep my paws on the ground. I'm not a fan of being picked up, but I'll happily stay close to you, especially if Evie is nearby. I'm open to meeting new people, and I even like older considerate respectful kids. I've never met other animals, so I'm not sure about them yet, but I'm hopeful they could be new friends too. Evie and I are excited to steal your hearts with our bunny charm! Due to their very special behavioral needs, we do not advocate for our rescue rabbits to serve as Emotional Support Animals (ESAs). We are unable to provide any documentation or certification for an ESA. If you have any questions or are interested in meeting or adopting this bunny, the first step is to complete an adoption application found on our website: http://www.rabbitrescueofmn.com. For the safety of our rescue bunnies, our protocol requires a home-visit before placement. Therefore, we are unable to facilitate adoptions that exceed an hour and a half of travel time from the Twin Cities area.

Adopt Stevie and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Stevie's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Stevie's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Stevie, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Stevie's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Stevie was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Stevie’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
"The fun and friendly internet currency."
Dogecoin sets itself apart from other digital currencies with an amazing, vibrant community made up of friendly folks just like you. Dogecoin is a decentralized, peer-to-peer digital currency that enables you to easily send money online.
Learn more about it on youtube or at dogecoin.com.
We want the Stevie’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Stevie’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
