On a windy day, he snuggles up under my desk and sleeps on his human's feet. His favorite spot to lay during the day, besides in the grass, is in the sun by the window. Koda has graduated from a certified obedience training class, and he loves to learn and please (and receive treats!). He is able to sit, stay, wait (for food, treats, or us), lay down, leave it (with food, sticks, other little toys, etc..), and walks well on the leash. He tends to pull a little in the beginning, and as he gets in sync with the stride, he does a great job. He also LOVES to go for car rides, even if it is just a short trip. We have taken him hiking as well, and he does great. Though he is part lab, he is not a fan of the water, though! He has needed some assistance across streams! He waits on his mat until we tell him, "Okay," when he is fed. He goes over there as soon as we pick up his food dish. After a walk, he just flops down on the cool tile. He has a distinct SIGH noise he makes as he is totally at peace and resting. He is always up for a good tummy rub! Koda has been on a Wellness plan through Banfield Pet Hospital. He is up to date with all of his shots, wellness check-ups, and heartworm medication. He has continually had his teeth cleaned, and he has been microchipped. Koda is a reactive dog due to his anxiety, and he SHOULD NOT be with cats or children. As mentioned before, he is trainable and loves to please. We have successfully introduced him to other dogs, though he should be supervised with them. Adopt KODA #2 and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, KODA #2's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is KODA #2's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the KODA #2, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming KODA #2's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and KODA #2 was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, KODA #2’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the KODA #2’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, KODA #2’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
