About this Cat
Cricket was rescued by a new foster, Tiffany. Most of her vetting was previously done at PFA (where Tiffany works.) Cricket, now Evie has medical issues since her adoption and both Donna and Kristin are aware. First was her reverse sneezing, treated with steroids and change in wet food. Next roundworm again treated with medications and is all clear. Her gums are inflamed and that is next on the menu to be addressed. Her owner wants only the best for her and to keep her happy and healthy. 10/7/23 Returned 3/23/24 - "Good morning Donna, I hope this message finds you well, I'm not sure if you remember me. I'm the person who adopted Cricket a while back from Rahway Kitty Hall. Unfortunately, we don't think Cricket is a match for us, last night we decided to bathe her because she tipped over some plants that had and got covered with dirt. We've noticed that she doesn't like bathing, so we try to not bathe as much. As we bathed her, she bit me and dug her teeth pretty deep in my hand. We've tried to get her adjusted in our home and she's been pretty stand of-ish. She doesn't like being around us, we always try to make an attempt to play with her but she never really engages with us. The very few times I've tried to cut her nails and brush her teeth she's pretty much scratches my face or arms. We've tried to accommodate her as much as we could. But it doesn't seem to be working unfortunately. We have decided to return her and hopefully find a more fitting home."

Adopt Cricket3 and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Cricket3's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Cricket3's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Cricket3, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Cricket3's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Cricket3 was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Cricket3’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Cricket3’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Cricket3’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
