About this Dog
Maisy was found on the side of the road emaciated and terrified. She is approximately 1-2 years old and still full of puppy energy! Maisy would do best in a home that can keep her on a consistent schedule/routine to avoid her becoming anxious. As with most young dogs, if Maisy is bored, anxious, or understimulated, she becomes a chewer. She goes on a mile walk daily with her foster and LOVES it! She is potty trained, crate trained, heartworm negative, spayed, and microchipped. She needs a family willing to dedicate lots of time and attention to her! She already knows sit, down, and give paw, but still needs help with leash training, and jumping on counters and people. For this reason, she would do best in a home without small children (she has not been tested around children). She is very food motivated, learns fast, and just wants to please her humans! Maisy LOVES fresh blueberries and will eat them straight off the bush if you have one! Maisy weighs about 40 pounds and does not know her size! She loves to sit in her foster mom's lap and get backrubs! She is a little rough with small dogs, so would do best in a home without a small dog, and she has not been cat tested. Due to Maisy's energy level, she requires a six foot fenced backyard. Masiy's foster family would LOVE to keep in touch with her adopter(s) for updates and possible visits, if her new family is comfortable with that!To meet Maisy, please fill out an application here and once approved a meeting can be scheduled:https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/25085/genericPLEASE NOTE: We place dogs based on best home for each dog and not order of applications received.

Adopt Maisy and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Maisy's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Maisy's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Maisy, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Maisy's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Maisy was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Maisy’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Maisy’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Maisy’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
