About this Rabbit
Hey there, I'm OSCAR, and I come with my buddy Garfield. We've been through a lot together, spending our first four years in a hutch outside. It was just us, so you can imagine how tight our bond is. That's why we gotta stick together so you must adopt us both - we're a package deal. Living indoors with our foster parents is a dream come true. No more chilly nights or cramped spaces. We get to stretch our legs and explore every day outside our xpen setup. And let me tell you, I love to zoomie and play! Running in and out of our tunnel and all around is the best. Now, I have a confession: I'm a bit of a chewer. So, make sure you bunny-proof well and provide some Snak Shaks for me to chew on. It helps keep me out of trouble. Our foster dad has been showing us that humans aren't so bad after all. We'll even take treats right from his hand and hop right up to him if he sits on the ground. But we're still a bit shy of hands coming at us, so patience is key. We're not sure how we'd do around dogs or cats since we haven't been around them, and our previous experience with children wasn't the best. So, an adult-only home would be ideal for us. Now, let's talk food. We come running when it's breakfast and dinner time. And pellets are our fave! Even though we get fresh salads daily, pellets always take priority. Oh, and don't forget about water - we drink lots of it. And hay? Well, let's just say we're big fans, even if it does make a mess. I've been called "a cute little fluff," and I gotta say, I agree. I'm part Jersey Wooly, so grooming is super important. If my hair gets too long, it can cover my eyes and impair my vision. Trust me, I've run into things enough times to know. Garfield and I love to explore and stand on our hind legs to see everything. There's just so much to see! Our foster dad says we're the most curious bunnies he's ever met. So, what do you say? Ready to meet us in person and see if we're the perfect fit for your family? We can't wait to meet you! RRMN is a non-profit rescue group operated 100% by volunteers, and 100% of donations/adoption fees go to the direct care of our animals. Due to their very special behavioral needs, we do not advocate for our rescue rabbits to serve as Emotional Support Animals (ESAs). We are unable to provide any documentation or certification for an ESA. If you have any questions or are interested in meeting or adopting this bunny, the first step is to complete an adoption application found on our website: http://www.rabbitrescueofmn.com. For the safety of our rescue bunnies, our protocol requires a home-visit before placement. Therefore, we are unable to facilitate adoptions that exceed an hour and a half of travel time from the Twin Cities area.

Adopt Oscar and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Oscar's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Oscar's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Oscar, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Oscar's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Oscar was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Oscar’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
"The fun and friendly internet currency."
Dogecoin sets itself apart from other digital currencies with an amazing, vibrant community made up of friendly folks just like you. Dogecoin is a decentralized, peer-to-peer digital currency that enables you to easily send money online.
Learn more about it on youtube or at dogecoin.com.
We want the Oscar’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Oscar’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
