About this Dog
Meet Suni! Beautiful Suni spent years living in poor conditions behind a church until a caring neighbor called humane enforcement. Her former guardian agreed to surrender her to West Valley LA Shelter where she stayed until becoming a Frosted Face on January 9, 2022. Suni is 11 years old, weighs 80 lbs., and thinks she is a lap dog! Every ounce of her loves people! She also loves playing with toys, being brushed, and having her head scratched. Suni lives in a Foster home as part of our Molly & Me Project (a program for special dogs who need to be the only pet in the home) and proven what a wonderful, loving companion she is. Suni is ready for her forever home! Her Foster Mom shares: “Suni the INCREDIBLE German Shepard loves adventure and is so great around people of all ages and sizes!! She is perfect with strangers and wags her tail at everyone. Suni has a good appetite and she’s putting on weight since being here! She eats chicken and rice and wet food with kibble mixed in. Suni gets excited and has high energy when I come home from work. She will illicit play with barks (rarely barks otherwise) and loves to play with toys that have squeakers. She will play fetch a few times in a row. She is also mellow and will nap and hang out often. Suni is not destructive in the home at all! She has no anxiety and is very smart (she knows basic commands and the words no and leave it). She listens really well and does great with stairs. She is also potty trained Suni has been enjoying park time, walks around the neighborhood, and other adventures. She is improving in her reactivity to other dogs and even went on a trip to Petco! Suni is still in search of her forever home and is a great companion!” To give Suni a loving forever home and don't have any other animals, please fill out our placement questionnaire at: www.frostedfacesfoundation.org/apply Remember we cover 100% of medical costs at our onsite veterinary hospital, including ongoing medications! Adopt Suni and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Suni's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Suni's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Suni, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Suni's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Suni was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Suni’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Suni’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Suni’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
