About this Dog
Looks like: Chihuahua Female, 12 years old, 7 pounds Bitsie may look like a delicate little lady, but she is very tough! She has been comfortable sharing her space with two Great Danes as well as various farm animals. She is now making herself comfy in her foster's home, where she has done beautifully with her foster siblings: dogs, cats, and even a tortoise! Though Bitsie clearly loves to explore, she's really happiest cozied up in a warm blanket or in someone's lap. She has a good appetite and enjoys following her favorite people around the house to see if they will give her more food. Bitsie was found wandering along a country road in King City all by herself. A Good Samaritan picked her up and took her home, and though she alerted all the shelters and vets in the area that she'd found this tiny stray dog, no one came forward to claim her. It seems likely that she was dumped out there. Bitsie wasn't too upset at her unfortunate circumstances, though. She settled right into her rescuer's home on a farm. Bitsie's rescuer reached out to POMDR to see about bringing her into our program. Though she'd fallen in love with this tiny girl, she realized that a busy working farm wasn't the right environment for her.

Adopt Bitsie and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Bitsie's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Bitsie's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Bitsie, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Bitsie's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Bitsie was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Bitsie’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Bitsie’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Bitsie’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
