About this Dog
FOLIE is affectionate and has a terrific personality, easy going and she's beautiful. She's had a special job here in foster care - she has been the "ears" for a young deaf dog :-) Folie gets daily playdates with other dogs of various sizes and ages and she's good with cats too. She has longer/fur around the neck area which makes her extra huggable :-) Sweet girl ! Important:Do you live in our adopting area? (Santa Fe, Abq, Rio Rancho, Los Alamos general areas). Do you have another young playful friendly dog or possibly be interested in adopting her with her deaf friend Daisy? Her adoption fee includes spaying, vaccine series, deworming, rabies, and microchip. Folie was born April 20, 2020. Please read all info below. We're sorry to have to state this, but we've been bombarded with people asking us the very things we already state and just don't have the manpower to answer everyone. -- if you email us or fill out an application that does not fit the parameters of our procedures listed below we will not be replying to you. Thank you for your understanding! We have specific adoption and Covid rules listed below!Revised adoption policyDue to Covid -19 pandemic and social distancing requirements, we've revised our adoption policy. First, please email ([email protected]) to inquire before you fill out the online application. (Please do not call or text). We are unable to do multi-dog/cat meetgreets or adoption events at this time or bring multiple animals to your house to choose from, so please only inquire if you're serious about adopting this particular animal(s). If you're just shopping around with several shelters and rescues, please let us know this. If your application is approved (which "could" take up to one week) then we will contact you to set up a Zoom chat or ph call to answer questions/clarify anything and set up a day/time to bring the pet to you. Since we can't come into the home/yard due to Covid-19, we ask that you to send us pics /video of your home/yard/living area/current pets. We will discuss with you about meeting your other pets. At the meeting/adoption at your house (outside) please wear a mask (as will we) and have hand sanitizer. We adopt locally to Central Abq, Santa Fe, Los Alamos and Rio Rancho. No out of area adoptions inquiries please. No young children for our adoptions please. Our animals are fostered and our foster families like to know their fosters are happy, healthy, and cared for during their lifetime - we appreciate staying in touch periodically through the years (a holiday card, social media, pics, videos, whatever works for you :-) Happy Tails! Thanks very much!

Adopt FOLIE & DAISY and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, FOLIE & DAISY's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is FOLIE & DAISY's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the FOLIE & DAISY, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming FOLIE & DAISY's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and FOLIE & DAISY was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, FOLIE & DAISY’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the FOLIE & DAISY’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, FOLIE & DAISY’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
