About this Dog

Hi I have a 2 year old french bulldog and he has the most bizarre behaviour I have seen in a dog. Me and my partner got him  over the first lockdown. Therefore he missed out on alot of socialisation with people and even other animals. Once he had his vaccinations and we could take him out then we tried to socialise him with other dogs as much as possible. As a puppy he loved other dogs but now I find hes not as welcoming as he once was. I am too afraid to allow him to play with other dogs as he doesn't look calm around them. He doesnt react if he sees one over the road but if one comes to close then there is a reaction and it my opinion he doesn't look to comfortable so I tend to move him away to avoid any conflict. My biggest worry however is people. I cant take my dog to another house or I cant even have people at my house without my dog lunging for them and sometimes even biting. He is welcoming when people first walk through the door then I can feel him becoming more anxious as they sit down and he doesnt like it if they are to close to me or my partner. Sometimes its as simple as someone moving there foot across the floor and sets him off. He sometimes sits and just shakes and I can see his body stiffen and his eyes change when he is going to launch. He is the perfect, most loving dog when he is with me and my partner. He has never bitten us and allows us to do anything such as touch his toys or his food however he does not like other people or children. My niece and nephew do not come to my house because of him. I am personally scared that he will bite them so I keep them away. Things that set him off that I have realised are: Noises Food (if people have food) People coming near his food People picking things up off of the floor People touching his toys/ bed People stopping stroking him People giving him treats (he gets bossy and demands more) People putting on his collar (it makes him uneasy if anybody else tries to put his lead/collar on) People moving there feet across the floor. We have tried a trainer in it made him worse. We now have a baby and don't feel safe with him around him. Please help

Adopt Frankie and Receive Dogecoin

Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Frankie's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. How will Frankie receive the Dogecoin?

The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Frankie, thank you for providing a home and a loving family! Please begin the process of claiming Frankie's Dogecoin here.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.

The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Frankie was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Frankie’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
