Hi, I’m Gypsy. I’m about 4 to 5 years old with sleek black fur, striking green eyes, and a big heart that’s just looking for the right person to share it with. I was declawed on all four paws by a previous owner, so I’m an indoor-only girl who prefers cozy, safe spaces. At first, I might be a little shy or hissy while I’m adjusting — change can be a lot! But once I settle in, I become a total sweetheart who loves attention, chin scratches, and snuggling up beside you at night. I’d do best as the only cat in a quiet, calm home. I’ve tried living with other cats before, but I’m happiest when I have my space all to myself. I’d be a perfect fit for someone looking for a sweet, affectionate companion who enjoys one-on-one time. If you’ve got a peaceful home and room in your heart, I’d love the chance to be your snuggly sidekick. I am available for adoption but still being cared for in a foster home. Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Gypsy's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Gypsy was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Gypsy’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Gypsy’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Gypsy’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
