About this Dog
Meet Peach – A Sweet Soul Searching for Her Second Chance Peach is a beautiful 60-pound American Staffordshire sweetheart with the softest eyes and an even softer heart. At just 4 years old, Peach has already experienced more heartbreak than most dogs should—her beloved owner passed away, and though family stepped in to care for her temporarily, they are unable to keep her long term. Peach is housebroken, crate trained, and has excellent manners in the home. She’s gentle and playful with adults and gets along well with other dogs. She hasn’t had much exposure to children and can be a bit nervous around them, so a calm, adult-only home (or one with older, respectful kids) would likely be the best fit. What truly sets Peach apart is her deep affection for people. Even during the hardest moments—visiting her person in hospice—she greeted everyone with love, tail wags, and a hopeful heart. She’s the kind of dog who will quietly follow you from room to room, just happy to be near someone who cares. Peach is spayed, up to date on vaccinations and heartworm negative. Peach is ready to love again. Could you be the one to show her that forever still exists? Complete an online application today: https://legacyhumanesociety.org/adoption-application/

Adopt Peach and Receive Peach's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Peach's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Peach's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Peach, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Peach's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Peach was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Peach’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Peach’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Peach’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
