Hi! My name is Dietrich. That means âruler of the peopleâ in German. My foster parents gave me that name since I spent my life being so powerless, now it is my time to learn what itâs like to have power. I had a very rough first half of life, and am ready to be loved. I finished all of my medical treatment and am a very healthy boy. I am starting to realize the world isnât so scary. I am still a bit nervous, but love being pet and chilling out with a chew stick. I like to stay glued to someoneâs leg when I am on the leash and am great about going to the bathroom outside. My foster cat and dog brothers are both spooky to me even when they stand still so I ignore them. My foster rabbit brother isnât as scary to me though. I am gaining a love for life and am looking for my forever human or humans to spend the rest of my life with. I will be your sweetest and most loyal family member!

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and *DIETRICH was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, *DIETRICH’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the *DIETRICH’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, *DIETRICH’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
