About this Dog
Stryker Sage is a 6-year-old shepherd lab mix from Amarillo. His birthday is 05/01/2019. He's very sweet, gets along with most dogs (no cats), but would thrive in a home where he is the only dog, and has room to run and play! He's also potty trained, kennel trained, and is on a eating schedule of twice a day. Once in the morning, once in the evening. He gets along great with people but sometimes jumps because he forgets his size! He's so loving, and loyal. Unfortunately, unavoidable lifestyle changes are making it to where we have to rehome. Additionally, one of his brothers seems to keep wanting to beat him up and fight with him, and he deserves better. He's also chipped and up to date on his shots as of 5/12/2025. Please consider this loving big guy. He deserves the best.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Stryker Sage was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Stryker Sage’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Stryker Sage’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Stryker Sage’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
