About this Dog
I am reaching out with a very heavy heart in hopes of finding help to rehome my beloved dog. My life has recently been turned upside down due to an unexpected separation from my husband. As a result, I’ve had to relocate suddenly to a new town where I don’t have any family or support system, and where my current housing situation does not allow pets. My husband is not willing or able to take on the responsibility of caring for our dog, leaving me in an incredibly difficult position. This has been one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make, and I am completely heartbroken. My dog has been a constant source of comfort and love, and the idea of saying goodbye is truly devastating. I’m not looking to just give my dog away—I want to ensure they go to a home where they’ll be safe, loved, and well-cared for. I’m hoping to work with someone who understands how much this dog means to me and who can help make this transition as gentle as possible for both of us. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Belle's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Belle was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Belle’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Belle’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Belle’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
