About this Dog
This little girl is a real rarity in our lives here!! We usually deal with senior and special needs kids.... so to have a young, healthy little Peke girl has been a change for all of us. Some of the older kids aren't sure what to make of this perky little lady with a rather "diva" approach to life. And she's not sure that she approves of communal living... Hachi came to us from a very loving home after her antipathy for children became an issue. She isn't interested in making nice with kids that live in the household or those visiting. This became stressful for everyone involved and the decision was reluctantly made to find her a living situation that she'd be happier with. She's not real thrilled about having to put up with a lot of other animals,,,, and she turns into quite the cuddle bug with a person after she warms up,,, but she's not into greeting strangers with enthusiasm either... So what we're looking for here is a quiet home ,,, in a perfect world, someone retired or working from home,,, with no other dogs (and maybe not a lot of friends either!!!) ;-) Hachi is a darling little dog who rolls over for belly rubs and turns into a wet noodle when petted and loved on. She's just been spayed and will leave here with her own crate and some special toys she brought along. Email for an application if this sounds like the girl for you.
Contribute to Hachi's Stash!

100% of Hachi's balance will be sent to whoever adopts Hachi.
Adopt Hachi and Receive Hachi's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Hachi's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Hachi's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Hachi, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Hachi's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Hachi was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Hachi’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Hachi’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Hachi’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
