Estimated Date of Birth: 7/18/16 Fiona is a playful cat that loves her toys, especially the laser light. More favorite toys are ‘stinkies’ catnip toys and regular tissue paper, like what you find inside a shoe box. She politely scratches the scratching pad and is very neat with her litter box. Listening to Jackson Browne’s music is another pastime she enjoys. Fiona will need someone patient who will allow her time to acclimate to a new home but once she’s comfortable, she’s all about belly rubs and playtime. When she quiets down, she likes to sit next to her foster mom and just soak in the camaraderie or curl up and go to sleep. She’ll be such a nice companion cat for someone! We are working on getting her accustomed to other pets but so far, she seems to do better with calm dogs. Besides her wonderful personality, Fiona is beautiful. She’s soft and silky and her silver tabby coat gleams. With love and care, she’s transformed into an extra special cat. Adoption fee: $150 Fiona is spayed, microchipped, is up to date with age appropriate vaccinations, and has tested negative for FIV/Feline Leukemia.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Fiona was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Fiona’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Fiona’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Fiona’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
