About this Dog
I’m in need of a rescue/furever home for my baby Sue. She is a lab/pit mix. She was born 11/04/2019. She has been spayed is heartworm negative and her shots are up to date and are not due until April 2021. She weighs about 65 lbs. We live in Mason, TN. I am having to have her rescued/furever homed because she was attacked/corrected by Lilly (Lilly we’ve had for 12 years) her sister Sally. This happened twice back in late June of 2020. She has not been around other animals (besides Lilly and her 2 other sisters and brother) kids or people. She would be perfect if she was the only baby in the home. Part of me believes that she may be ok with other babies and kids in a home too. The reason I feel she would be ok with another pet is because she is with Bo all of the time and being with kids is because she has a lot of energy. I would love her to have a large fenced in yard so she can run around. She loves water and her kiddie pool. When she is in her pool she turns into an alligator. She loves to chase butterflies too. She is very excited about things. She loves to look out the windows. She loves balls and chasing them. She is very lovable and thinks she’s a lap dog. When she is getting her alone time with us be prepared for a good tongue bath for a good couple of minutes. She is crate trained especially if there’s cream cheese involved. She is house broken to the extent that she does her best to not use the bathroom inside the house. We let her out first thing in the morning and when we get home from work. She has never used the bathroom in her crate. Having to find her a new home/rescue is breaking my heart. She has been through a lot in her short life and I don’t want my mistakes to be hers. She is a very good baby and we love her dearly. We will be requesting vet references as well as a donation to a rescue of their choosing as a fee. We would like knowing where she is and being able to see her to make sure she is ok or at least pictures and or videos of her. If someone is able to keep her until a rescue or Furever home is found we will be more than happy to provide anything and everything that she needs. I’m hoping that it will not take long but may take a while. Please feel free to call or message me for any questions. My number is 19015865727 and my email address is [email protected] I will be open and honest with everyone and will expect the same in return. Thank you for your help Amy and Jake

Adopt Sue and Receive Sue's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Sue's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Sue's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Sue, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Sue's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Sue was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Sue’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Sue’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Sue’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
